These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and JustXend governing your access to and use of the JustXend mobile application, website, and all related products.
By creating a JustXend account or accessing the application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent you have the authority to bind that entity.
To use the Services, you must:
* Actual results, settlement speeds, and coverage may vary based on third-party banking partners and payment networks.
You must complete identity verification to comply with AML/KYC laws. Tiered limits apply based on verification level.
Fees are disclosed prior to confirmation. We do not control third-party bank fees. Settlement times depend on external infrastructure; blockchain settlements are irreversible once broadcast.
No money laundering, fraud, sanction evasion, illegal goods, or operating multiple accounts to bypass limits.
The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustXend's total liability will not exceed the total fees paid to JustXend in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Users in jurisdictions like Nigeria may escalate to local financial regulators.
